ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in sales and was driven by a clear goal of owning my own business. I earned a B.S. in Economics from Clemson University in 2002. I’m married with two children and spend much of my free time outdoors—if it involves fresh air, I’m usually in.

Staying involved locally is important to both me and the agency. We actively support local high schools, sponsor football programs and city events, and are members of the Liberty and Pickens Chambers of Commerce. Being present and invested in the community we serve is a core part of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Seth Crow - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
